Very disappointing. Very young team but unfortunately also very demotivated and impolite. Have now forgotten the ketchup for the seventh time in a row. Also a whole burger today (out of 2). The burgers weren't clapped and packed with love or brains. The guys either have too much or too little on their mind. Very annoying and the young team that serves the customers not to be recommended.

Under no circumstances should employees enter the coupon number or the PLU number ... I don't know why probably out of fear of the management ... Simply pathetic the branch. And cold and old burgers on top of that ..

Burger King Drive in Würzburg was a disaster. Feel a little betrayed. One was missing from the Onion Rings and the big cappuccinos weren't big. I verified that in another Burger King, where there were actually large cups, with the same order and price. Although I had asked and was assured that they were great cappuccinos. In addition, there were no serviettes in the bag and the receipt, which surprised me, as I'm used to Burger King, the receipt is always in the bag. In addition, there was no sugar for the cappuccino. Nor was anyone asked whether they wanted sugar. It's a shame, that was a failure all around.
